Homes with a considered standard of care.

This is not a vacancy board. It is a view of the homes Tokë Living manages and the practical work that goes into keeping each one comfortable and well cared for.

A management lens

The property remains the centre of attention.

From the way a kitchen is kept to the coordination of resident matters, every home needs an operating rhythm. The examples below use general locations only and focus on observable care, not tenant pricing, vacancies or booking.

What ongoing care looks like

The standard comes from regular attention.

A well-run co-living home relies on a consistent operating rhythm, not one-off preparation. We coordinate shared-area cleaning, resident matters, maintenance communication and the updates that matter to a landlord.

Care cadence: common areas are cleaned once every two weeks, while room cleaning is available on tenant request.

Management principles

A home is looked after before and after a resident moves in.

These operating principles are applied with reference to the individual home, the tenancy arrangement and any requirements that are relevant to the property.

  1. 01
    Considered setup

Any proposed work is approached through the agreed process, with landlord consent and required approvals addressed before works begin.

  2. 02
    Resident onboarding

House expectations help establish a respectful shared-living environment from the beginning of a resident’s stay.

  3. 03
    Regular coordination

Cleaning, maintenance and resident matters are coordinated rather than left to a landlord to track separately.

  4. 04
    Important updates

Communication stays tied to the property and the management matters that deserve landlord visibility.
